How to keep guys interested to lead to a relationship?

Guys see me as like someone to hook up with, although I'm always there for them, we hook up when we just have a thing and that's all that happens, but I'm always afraid that if i don't hookup or kiss them or anything, then they won't be interested because they can just do that with another girl. I have a great personality and i can actually hold a conversation so when we're texting or on the phone its fine, like im caring, i think i have a good relationshippy personality but my actions are what gets in a way, how do i keep a guy interested so it ends up to a relationship and so we're not just hooking up?
