Should billionaires be required to spread their wealth?

Don't listen to anyone who tells you that poor people are lazy. Actually poor people are the ones who really deserve the wealth. They are the hardest working people in the country, and they deserve A LOT more than they actually get. Anyone making under $25000 a year should not pay taxes, period, and anyone making over $150000 a year should pay significantly more taxes than they already do.
